Okay, so I’ve looked at a ton of vacation rentals in Victoria. These are the top 3 on my list:

I still vote for Neptune by the Sea :)
I just realized it didn't have a pool...I thought it did. I don't know if that really matters considering everything else the house offers.
I voted for Neptune at the Sea since it has more things to do at night like the pool table. In the first part of June it could be cold yet even though the pool is solar heated.
I emailed the owner/rental agency last night. It says I should get a response withing 48 hours, but with the holiday it may take a little longer. I asked about availability and if there were any additional taxes, cleaning deposits etc. We'll see what they say.
Were you able to talk to them about it being kid friendly? I don't know how I missed your call...
